We know the biggest concern is not being able to see the jobsite. That's why every phase is documented and put in writing.
Step 1
A video call to discuss your vision, budget and timeline.
Step 2
We visit the lot, take measurements and send you photos and video.
Step 3
You receive a detailed, itemized estimate including IVA (sales tax) and clear terms.
Step 4
We sign the contract and begin with a deposit. We never ask for full payment up front.
Step 5
We send progress photos and video on WhatsApp. Every change order is approved by you in writing.
Step 6
We do the final walkthrough by video call or with someone you designate.

I started in construction in the United States in 2003. That's where I learned to run an organized jobsite, build from clear plans and deliver finishes that last.
Now I'm back in El Salvador, building to that same standard. I personally oversee every project, from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Message or call us and we'll walk you through how to pay from the U.S. Each payment covers a completed phase, and you receive a receipt.
Yes. With every payment we issue a consumer invoice (Factura) or a tax receipt (Crédito Fiscal), whichever you need.
Yes. We prepare the plans and pull the building permits as part of the project, so you don't have to deal with the paperwork.
No problem. We send you a written change order with the added cost and time, and we only proceed once you approve it.
